Traditional

This is the kind of aesthetic you immediately think of when someone says “wedding”. This aesthetic could be right for you if you are religious or if you don’t want a lot of fuss. A traditional ceremony is usually held in a church or nice event hall with simple, solid colors like red or navy blue. There may also be plain white decor or a black and white symmetry to present a clean, elegant feel.
Rustic

This one is for the low-key couple who enjoy simplicity. Most rustic weddings take place outdoors, or in a structure in the outdoors like a barn or a pagoda of some sort. This is also an aesthetician for those who love crafts and DIY! You’ll see a lot of wood, lace, and twine decor at these weddings and light, earthy colors like tan, light green, etc. There will be lots of bows and flowers and candles.
Romantic

This is for the optimistic, honeymoon phase couple who want a storybook wedding! A romantic aesthetic means a venue with soft lighting and light various shades of soft pastel colors like pinks, tans, blues, purples, etc. The decor will also be very light and flowy with lots of ribbons and lace and flower petals as opposed to full flowers. You can even go literal and have heart-shaped decorations. This is truly an aesthetic for those with their heart on their sleeves.
Vintage/Classic

There are so many options with this one! You can choose the golden glamour of the 20’s, or the pearls and polished tea-length dresses of the 50’s and 60’s, whatever you wish. The decor may consist of pearls, or gold trim, or anythng that reminds you of the era you are going for. You can even get a cool classic car for your big exit or a polaroid camera for your guests to have fun with! Plus how cool would it be to have a disco ball over the dance floor? You can really play this aesthetic up and make it your own!
Modern

This one is for couples who prefer an urban feel. These types of weddings usually take place in venues in the downtown areas and big cities. Modern decor usually has straight, clean, sharp lines and edges and possibly accents of metal or glass. They may also have abstract shapes and pops of bright, neon colors. These weddings also tend to focus less on ritual and ceremony and more on the reception/celebration after!
